Step by step, arrangements for my exchange at IESA

1. Ask for information about IESA at my home school.

2. Access IESA’s exchange website and to explore all aspects related to spending my exchange term there.

3. Choose IESA and have my school inform IESA about my interest.

4. Receive the acceptance letter from IESA.

5. Receive information and get in touch with the Students Services Office to pose all my question     and requirements:

• Travel arrangements and visa information.
• Assistance for lodging: receive suggestions about where to stay, options according to my  budget,type and place of lodge.

6. Receive my personal login and password to access e-mail and other online services: library,      Internet.

7. Be assisted at my arrival: Based on my travel information, be picked up at the airport and    taken   to my first lodge.

9. Present myself at the Students Services Office to start my experience at IESA.
